All orders take 2-4 business days to process. AFTER processing orders will take up to 2-4 business days (Express Shipping) or 5-7 business days (Ground Shipping) to be delivered. Shipping may take longer during major holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving (Black Friday Sales) If there are major delays in your delivery please feel free to contact us via email or DM.

All oils and products are 100% handcrafted and unfortunately we will be unable to provide refunds. If there are any issues with your products (received broken, wrong item, etc.) please feel free to reach out to us via our email with a picture of the product and we will work towards satisfying your needs.

If you made a mistake and need to update your order or would like to cancel your order please send an email to losorganicsolutions@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After the order has shipped we are not responsible for incorrect orders on the customer's end.

When using on your hair please moisturize your hair with water or other moisturizing products first the oil will help to seal the moisture in your hair for longer.
The ends of your hair are the oldest and driest part of your hair apply the oil to your ends to help prevent split ends and breakage.
Hair is always growing one of the main reasons it may seem to be the same length over time is due to breakage. Keeping your hair moisturized with water / moisturizing hair products can help you with this.

Shampoo at least 2x a month to clarify your scalp and promote healthy hair growth
Conditioner
Use conditioner to melt away knots in your hair before detangling your hair on your wash day
